Randy has a proud lineage of sewing machine sales and service. Originally from Fort Lauderdale Florida, Randy’s father worked as a salesman for Singer and acquired a vast amount of experience, and knowledge thusly giving him the confidence to start his own business in 1984. It was here that Randy learned much about customer service, sales, and sewing machine maintenance and repair. Randy has over 30 years of servicing sewing machines.

Randy’s own entrepreneurial opportunity presented itself in 2009 when a family friend announced his retirement and offered Randy a chance at owning an existing business. Randy owned and operated that business for close to 20 years when he moved to Fayetteville, North Carolina to be closer to family and opened Randy’s Sewing Center.

Repairing sewing machines has always been a challenge Randy welcomes with open arms. He proclaims a great sense of fulfillment solving the problems his customers are having with their sewing or embroidery machines. Though Randy has an affinity for the nostalgic craftsmanship often found in vintage machines, his wealth of knowledge and experience leaves him well suited to repair most modern sewing and embroidery machines.

Randy approaches every customer with a sense of servitude and unwavering honesty. Randy says “I’m not a salesman, but I am a good person!” His guiding principle is not to sell you a sewing machine you don’t need, but one that meets all your demands.
